Resolved PDF/JPEG damaged can't be opened after update to 10.15.6

Hello all,

Big time issue. After updating to 10.15.6 my mac won't open PDF/JPG/JPEG can't be opened it says "... is damaged and can't be opened" (see attached files) and I work with files so I am not able to do my work! Anyone else with the same issue? Please help.
