Does anyone else have an issue with their pencil not being detected upon use when the iPad has been off for a while? Each time I start using the iPad with the pencil at the moment, I have to plug it into the iPad for a second before it starts to function. Once this has been done the pencil continues to function as normal until the iPad is switched off / sleeps for while.

I thought it may be a problem with the pencil to begin with, but I’ve tried with a second pencil and have the exact same issue.

Not an issue, if you disable Bluetooth or turn off the iPad, you have to plug the pencil in for it to resync with the iPad.

I never fully turn off my iPad or Bluetooth though, I simply close the cover or hit the on off switch so it sleeps.
