'Perfect' MobileMe settings

Since I don't know if my MobileMe settings are entered correctly and the service doesn't really work for me, I'd like to know everyone's settings.

On my iPhone when I open iCal and I press Calendars op the top left, I see three types of calendars:

- All Calendars
- All from My Mac
- MobileMe

Same for my contacts..

Is this right if you're using MobileMe? I thought you were supposed to have one single general calendar list and contact list?
Do you also check the option in iTunes: Sync iCal calendars and Address Book Contacts when you're using MobileMe?

Connect your iPhone to iTunes, go to the Info tab and uncheck the Sync iCal calendars box. Now the only calendar syncing will be through MobileMe and you'll only have one calendar list.
