Hi there
Yesterday i upgraded my macbook late 2009 to macos el capitan and now having performance issue everything works very slow. my macbook has 2 gb of ram. anyone else experience this issue?

Yeah El Cap won't run that well with 2GB RAM or on a spinning drive. I recommend:

1) Swap the HDD for an SSD (this would be the best performance increase)
2) Upgrade the RAM to 4GB or preferably 8GB (2x 4GB DDR3 1066MHz SODIMM)

Both of these upgrades will significantly increase the OS performance and your machine will run better than new (even faster than it did on Snow Leopard).
