Hello,

Do you know how news organizations sometimes make a collage of one person saying something over a time period?
For example, if I wanted to make a video of Tim Cook saying over the years something like, "iPhone (n) is the best iPhone we have ever made," it would be relatively easy to do because I know which videos I need to search.

But what if I wanted to make a clip of Neil deGrasse Tyson saying "Pluto is not a planet," how would I find a bunch of videos in which he said that? In other words, is there software, paid service, or some other way that allows you to search for a specific phase in a bunch of videos online?

Or if I have downloaded a bunch of videos, how do I search for a specific word or a phase within them?

Thank you.
