It sounds to me like he just mispoke. He says "new newton" (but fumbles as he does so), but goes on to say, "which is <still> the best ....", which implies he's talking about something old. It almost sounds like the same line from Jobs' MWNY keynote where he credited the Newton.


In any case, I'd be shocked if they came out with something called a "Newton" again, even if it was.
