iPhone 11 Phone calls on but camera+notifications shut

I want my iPhone 11 to ring when incoming calls are, but all the rest should be silent/vibration. I don't want to hear any notifications nor this annoying shutter sound when making photos.
Do not disturb is shutting calls and notifications, but doesn't shut the camera sound.
Silent modus shut the camera sound, but also do the incoming calls..

I also would like to know if I can shut Apps individually.
Atm I have my iPhone in normal modus (not silent, not not disturbing modus) and turned off all sounds in Sounds&Haptics.
BUT I also get now the Sound Ringing from Skype calls... Can I deactivate them? I want only normal calls to be loud?

You should be able to check notifications for Skype and change them as needed.
