iPhone 12 Pro Max Photo Shuffle taking literally forever to process

Hi all,

I have about 26,000 photos in my Photos library, the vast majority on iCloud, not my phone.

I’ve been seeing the ‘Photo Shuffle is processing screen’ when trying to use said feature since iOS 16 released, so almost two weeks.

Wtf? Anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: Perhaps predictably, the process finally finished today.

Mine only lets me choose 50 photos
