On my Ipad I use optimized storage for photos. But without downloading the hi resolution pics, they have a very poor resolution.
I Just did some test and I found something very interesting. Let me explain....

I Use optimized storage om my I pad. Then i turn off WiFi to force to keep the optimized version.

Now I open some photos for fullscreen. What I get is a very poor pixel picture where I can almost not recognzie what it is.

Now I go one step back to the album or photo overview ( where you have the 2x2cm pictures). there I take the same photo and I zoom it in with the two finger gesture. Now my photo is clearly visible in a akzeptable resolution to view them.

That means my optimized version that is stored on the device is good enough to view it, but the system just makes it worse than it is when you open it directly.

is this just a softwarebug? Or any idea for this?
