Photos - No longer getting notifications about Memories

I haven't seen a notification regarding Memories in Photos in a long while. Anyone else experiencing this? (Notifications are all turned on for the Photos app)

Have you been taking a lot of photos lately? I’ve noticed it tends to make new memories but mainly only after I have been taking a lot of photos and have been traveling. If I haven’t snapped a bunch of pictures and have been home a lot… nothing.
