my photos sync from iPhone to iCloud ..I can see them all sync on www.icloud.com,however my photos app on my MacBook Air using Ventura 13.4.1 won't sync with with the photos app unless I disconnect from wifi and then reconnect to my same wifi .I have no vpn ,I have no firewall ,my upload and download speeds are excellent all other iCloud items sync perfectly such as reminders ,notes and ical ,its just the photos app on my new MacBook Air m2 ..any suggestions
