iPod touch Physically disable bluetooth on iPod Touch (339S0231 Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Module)

My job involves working around thousands of wireless devices which have the potential to interfere with bluetooth receivers, the problem is we need to use an app which works best on iOS devices. We'd like to try removing the bluetooth module on an iPod touch to see how it fairs, the problem is we still need it have Wifi, but the bluetooth and wifi receivers are located on the the same part (Universal Scientific Industrial 339S0231 Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Module) and I'm not sure how to remove/disable one or the other. Any ideas? Thanks.
