Since some time presently whenever I open a document in TextEdit, Pages etc., that should reveal my past versions, I see only the current login session saved ones but on the next login (if it's tied up with login since I'm not tracking it intentionally) I see just black cascade with "No previous versions available" line in black placeholder. How do I enable OS X to save versions so that it would stick for as long as I need it to?
Please, give me some clue to how to fix this as I rely on that feature heavily.
