iPhone Please help

I have iPhone 3GS iOS 4.1 basband 6.15.00
And jailbroken
I tried to restore my iPhone to iOS 5.1.1 with iTunes I use shift button and click on restore and I choose Ipsw 5.1.1 and after a min I saw error 3194
How I can update to iOS 5.1.1 please help
Should I connect to Internet whole time of restore ?
