If you just want a fix. I suggest you.

1) Hold command + R to boot into recovery partition.
2) Install OS from there
3) Perform OS upgrade if the OS installed in step 2 is not HS.

I have tried to put in again my back up but i got an error that the system could not find my disk or something..so i removed the back up and trying to re instal but i can only instal macOS Sierra and it stuck.

Exact same thing happened to me.

Try boot into secondary internet recovery mode. Shutdown, then power back on and immediately hold down the Cmd+ Shift + Alt + R buttons. It will download the Sierra (not High Sierra) recovery, and you should be able to see the drives. You should be able to erase your drives back into normal Mac Journaled HSF format and reinstall sierra.

It can be expect that Apple's server is very busy right now. If the OS (Sierra) download clearly stuck, may be cancel it and start again.

problem solved after calling the call center just by pressing command+alt+r after you turn on the imac and do a system reinstall from there.
