Hey gang,
I have noticed this quirk a few times with iOS. If I save a photo to my camera roll that is a PNG with a transparent background, I've found that the phone will merge the image with the last picture in my camera roll. When I'm in the roll, it looks like the phone has just overlaid the PNG on the last photo, but clicking on the photo will show the saved PNG with a black background. (In other words, it's like it uses the previous picture as a background and merges the two)
Does anyone know how to prevent this, or how to separate images that have done this? I just lost a good photo on my phone to this bug, and want to fix it.
Thanks.
