I have ios 9.2 on my iphone 5s. When I download a podcast it doesnt actually download. I have tried saving the podcast first, which creates the mobile icon to the left below the cloud icon. I then "download" the episode, watching the progress circle complete. Yet when I try to play later when not on wifi it is not there! All I want to do is download a podcast and Apple some how manages to screw it up. I would be encouraged to know if anyone else experienced this recently or has any lead on a fix or a reason for it.
