pop-up calendar?

Has anyone seen a good, pop-up web calendar that works well on the iPhone?

For example, if you are filling out a web form and it has a calendar icon to the right, you push it, it pops-up a calendar letting you pick a date, filling in the date for you in the field.

I am developing an app for the iphone, and the ones I have found are just too small when using your finger to pick the date within the pop-up calendar.

Orbitz.com calendar

I just ordered plane tickets through orbitz.com and their calendar works really well on the iPhone.
