posting pictures question

how do i post a picture inside a thread?

i don't want to post a link to a photo...i want to put the photo in the thread.

i have some set up pics i would like to share.

It's very nice of you to want to share the pics, but a quick search would have saved you the time of posting this thread.

in iphoto?

No problems about the repost. iPhoto should give you an option to export the photo and from there, you can pick a size in pixels.
