i don't know how this happens, maybe i am hitting a hotkey or something? but my sound balance goes completely to the left randomly sometimes and i don't know why.

In iTunes?

Because in the info of a song you can make it if it goes straight to the left or to the right or whatever.

Check the song your playing when it happens.

There's a bug in OSX that'll push your audio balance to the side (left or right, seems to usually be left though). You can sway it back in System Preferences, under the Sound pane. Hopefully Apple will fix this bug soon, it's been around for ages. :)
