Powermac G5: Which SATA?

I have a Rev. a dual 2.0 ghz Powermac G5, and I want to upgrade my HD... On newegg.com, they offer two kinds of SATA: SATA150 or SATA 3.0gb/s. Which one works in the G5?

yes. they both do. your g5 is SATA150, but a SATA II (300) drive will work fine hooked up to a SATA150 controller (only talks at 150 of course). like a FW800 drive hooked to a FW400 port, or a USB2.0 drive hooked to a USB1.1 port.
