iPhone 14 Pro Max Preorder iPhone14 with different line for upgrade. How to change number?

I ordered iPhone 14 for eligible line but I want to use on different phone line. It will come with esim on upgraded line. Is there a way to switch without going to store? Any idea?

Last year, I don't remember having to switch the SIM card, when I did this.... I will be doing it again, since I will keep the 13 Pro Max and trading in my 11 Pro Max ( we use the extra phone as a home phone).

This phones will be only esims so can't just easy swap sim cards
