An older relative simply needs cellular data in Western U.S., mostly California, for their iPhone 5. No phone calling or texting required through regular phone service.
Any recommendations for a carrier/company that provides prepaid data SIM cards that do not require a monthly, recurring fee? I've done several web searches and can't find anything. Only hits are companies in Europe, but these would impose roaming fees for use in the U.S.
