Hi People
I ran in a very big problem...
My situation:
I got a sms from my provider that there are only 100mb data available, a few minutes later i got the next sms.. Its slow now..
That was in the evening of the 20th August, i cleared the cellular usage protocol and bought another 1gb of data, a day later the both same sms.
I personally used 20mb, the rest was for:
Cellular data usage - system services - general..
What is that?
You can see the screenshots, 1 ****ing gb nothing...

Anyone with the same Problem or a tip what the gb is gone for?

Greets
Steffen

I'm struggling to figure out what general is. Definitely not normal. Since August 18th I have 5.0k in general and I'm on cellular a lot. Try doing a hard reset and hope it helps.

Go to Settings -> Cellular and check if Wifi Assist all the way on the bottom is active. If so, your iPhone will use mobile data if your Wifi is slow.

I had a similar problem a couple of months ago (not on iOS 9, though).

Turned out it was iMessage eating up gigs of data in just a few hours.

I had to sign out and back into iMessage a couple of times and that seems to have fixed it.

Hope this helps.
