Hello forums, I will keep it simple;

I am installing a new printer for a group of Mac users. I want to edit the presets so that when they go to print (anything), by default I want the first preset to be double sided black and white by default. At the moment when they go to print, it is defaulted to color single sided. I can't find any specific plist to edit, then in turn push it out to their machines. I have setup all the presets for them correctly and all is working fine. I just want to save paper and color ink. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
