problem...how can i delete a locked folder?

i have a problem.. i can not delete a locked folder( it is in my desctop..)
i try to unlock it, it shows tha it is unlocked, but i can not delete it... i transfer the folder from pc, and maybe this is the reason why i can not delete it..
how can i delete a locked folder, by using unix(the terminal?)??
please help me... thanks!

Try putting it in the trash and then restarting before trying to delete it.

i can not even put it in the trash.... it does not leave me...it says, tha i dont have the wrights to do this action...
