Hello!

I have MacMini Late 2014 with HDD drive with El Capitan.
I bought SSD Samsung Evo 970 M2 and NGFF Adapter.
I have added patch-nvme by RehabMan. After that Mac showed my SSD.
I tried to erase it with DiskUtility, but had an error:
Code:
diskutil eraseDisk JHFS+ UntitledUFS /dev/disk0

Started erase on disk0
Unmounting disk
Error: -69825: Wiping volume data to prevent future accidental probing failed

I tried to format it using fdisk and had success:
Code:
sudo fdisk -f boothfs /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk -i -a boothfs /dev/disk0
diskutil list

/dev/disk0 (internal):
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: FDisk_partition_scheme 250.1 GB disk0
   1: Apple_Boot 8.4 MB disk0s1
   2: Apple_HFS 250.1 GB disk0s2

After that DiskUtility had the same error.

How can I format it to HFS with GUID partition scheme?

What should I do next to install El Capitan on SSD?
I think it will be some problems with installation because new instance of El Capitan on ssd won't have patched kext. How can I solve this problem?

I know that everything will be ease if I install High Sierra, but I need El Capitan.

In doing a search on the web, I don't see that this is a Samsung Evo 970 (do you have a plus?) or a Hackintosh (what the Rehab NVMe patch is used for) problem. What I do see is that people who have the MBP SATA cable problem sometimes have this issue. So it may be a problem with the adapter you have. You should try and see if you can erase the SSD using a High Sierra or Mojave installer or maybe Internet Recovery and see if you can erase the disk that way. If you can't, then it's more likely to be a problem with the adapter. If you can erase the SSD using an installer or Internet Recovery, then you can try installing El Capitan. At that point, you have to make sure that the NVMe kext is loaded when El Capitan boots from the SSD otherwise it won't boot.

Which NGFF adapter do you have? Is it a Sintech? If you need to get something running right away, you might want to reconsider and use a SATA SSD, either internal or external. It might be difficult to troubleshoot your problem and get El Capitan working using the NVMe SSD. Because the interface on the 2014 Mini is x2, not x4, you're also not going to see a huge difference in speed between the NVMe and SATA SSD.
