Problem with AirPrint for Windows

When I try to print from a MacBook/MacBook Pro to the AirPrint service running on my PC, the job is stuck at "Printing page 1, 0%" for a couple of minutes. Is there any way to stop that from happening? If so, how?

Anyone? There has to be some way to speed up the transfer of the document that is to be printed...
