problems with toast

i am having a problem with toast 6. i am running panther right now. the program loads up fine.. but when i try to back up my dvd, and i click burn, it tells me "could not record the disc because there was not enough memory
result code = -108. i am only trying to put 3.3gb of information on the dvd. and i have plenty of room on my hard drive and i have 512 megabytes of ram. can anyone help me out in fixing this problem
