Property Management Apps

Hey everyone

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good Property Management apps for the iPad?

There are some good ones for the iPhone but I'm yet to see one that is compatible with the iPad.

I am a landlord and want an easy way to keep track of the properties. I know there would be plenty for PC or Mac but having the portability of the iPad is a big advantage.

Not sure if you've used RealPage's onesite property management software, but they've just released a mobile version on iTunes. Here is the press release with the links to the mobile leasing application. Looks pretty cool to me

Best I can find that works well on iPad and are not abandoned is The Property app http://property-app.com and PropertyBuddy http://www.propertybuddy.net
