am holding my breath. everything is working really well on both my macs (on the 10.13.6 public beta), so... seems a good time to screw everything up. :D

have been following the mojave forum, so i have some idea what to expect; and i know, a beta is a beta (especiially early betas).

still... apple; bring it on

i'm excited to dive in, but... perfectly okay if it takes another week, ie another week where everything is genuinely 'apple'... and just works.

Doubtful... this early in the beta cycle, releases are 2-3 weeks apart... and the first public beta has typically come out with DP2... it could happen, very doubtful, IMO.

They said "later this summer".
It isn't even "summer" yet.

End of June, perhaps early July...?

I tend to live on the edge as well, but isn't it nice to finally have a relatively stable mature and reliable 10.13.6 beta? Do you really want to ruin that and go back to square one? I used to do that in a heartbeat, but the last couple rounds have been so tedious for certain things in the early goings. I've become gun shy on these annual rewrites.

outside of some terrifying moments with messages on my mac, my HS beta experience has been pretty good; better than the sierra betas (often not playing well with logic X).

really, i'll clone my macs before i'll dive in, so... am not too worried.
