Publishing with iBooks Author with El Capitan: Is there a work around? 12/20/20202

Since Apple no longer supports iBooks Author, I cannot publish with El Capitan and instead must have at least Mac OS X 10.15 to do so. I cannot update most of my Adobe Creative Suite and other creative software at this time. Is there any kind of work around?
