Purchase restore broken in most apps since this update?

I downloaded the iOS game life is strange again and I can’t get any of my purchases restored you can’t download anything. Seems like others have same issue with this game PLUS searches around Reddit and I found out this all started for people for loads of apps when iOS 16 came out. I think maybe .2 caused this. Are others aware of it? Will it be fixed in 16.3? I will be so sad if I can never play this game on the go again. People are even being charged and can’t download
