iPad Pro 12.9 (4th gen), iPadOS v16.3

Feeling a little silly I can't find how to turn off this overlay button that opens up quick settings/menus. I inadvertently enabled somewhere along the way with software updates. Searching just keeps pointing to the Shortcuts app, looking through settings/accessability options I'm still at a loss.

Any help on turning this button off? It shows up in apps, home screen, every app, anywhere. I can long click on it to move it around, but doesn't let me disable. Funny, it doesn't show up in a screenshot, had to take an image with iPhone....

TIA!

That's Assistive Touch. Turn it off in Settings, or ask Siri to turn it off.

Thank You! Seems it may have been part of setup or questions along the way of also adding/using a 3rd party Bridge keyboard. IDK. Fixed now. Again, sincerely appreciated!
