I noticed if I go to settings on iPhone and open one of the apps from within settings, I see such things as "Notifications," "Background App Refresh," and "Mobile Data," etc. I want to know what does "Background App Refresh" do, and what does "Mobile Data" do? Both are turned on in my apps, but I have no idea of their function. Maybe I should not have them turned on?

Thanks in advance.
