General QuickReply API still open?

random question but does iOS 9 allow apps to take advantage of the quick reply api to actually reply within the banner like with iMessages or not? i havent heard anyone talk about it since the iOS 9 announcement. I hope Telegram and WhatsApp will eventually implement it

Yes, but no apps have been updated yet that use it AFAIK.

Twitter has updated for it. I think it's the only big name so far.

I updated Twitter, but I still can't input text into the notification. All it has is a reply button and a favourite button.

When you press reply it just opens the app.
