QUIET 2 bay Raid.

I am looking to upgrade to a Thunderbolt 3 Raid so I got the OWC Mercury Elite Pro Dock
https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/TB3RSDK16T/ and MAN is it loud. WAAAY louder than my Old usb G-tech and old OWC dual drives TOGETHER. It is all about the FAN noise. I dont care about hearing the drives scratch around when I'm hitting them, but this fan is on ALL the time.

Any suggestions for a quiet 16TB 2 bay raid thats quiet? I dont need them, but it would be even better if it has a doc features like laptop charging, extra USC ports, Display port...

The G-Raid solutions are great and include the extra ports... pretty expensive but reliable. The Akitio thunder 3 enclosure is great as well, cheaper and reasonably quiet, doesn't have the extra ports though.
