Any chance anyone here uses the RaiPlay app on their Apple TV? It hasn't been working for me for over a week now. When I go to play a show it simply shows me the first frame and won't play the program. This is true on both the ATV in my kitchen and bedroom. It's not my wi-fi as all other ATV apps work with no issues.
I've contacted Rai on Facebook with no response so far. If I don't hear back in a week I will email them. The Apple TV app has not been updated for over a year so I'm worried this will not be fixed anytime soon.
(The ATV app desperately needs a redesign, but that's another issue.)
