MP 6,1 RAM compatiblity for trashcan

Would someone with more knowledge on the MacPro6,1 trashcan tell me if the following RAM will work?https://www.ebay.com/itm/234857486264?hash=item36ae98d7b8

Lot of (8) HP 712383-081 16GB 2Rx4 PC3-14900R DDR3-1866 128GB ECC REG Memory

The 6,1 only has 4 RAM slots.

PC3-14900 will work but you cannot mix RDIMM and UDIMM sticks.

If you decide to go for 128GB (4x32GB, it will only run at 1066Mhz).
