According to my computer it should reach 1 million points in less than 8 hours, am I doing something wrong?

Edit2: I was reading the info wrong I will not reach 1 million points in less than 8 hours.

Edit: It appears as though it's taking about 2 minutes per "Percent" of project completed. I am really new at this can someone tell me if my system is good for it.

To judge that we would need to know what project got assigned. The technical parameter like steps you see above and time per frame are vary very much between projects.

In your logfile there is the information; Project is a four or five digit number.

Mind if we try to get the mods to split this thread ?

Ok, like I said I am new at this.
Yeah sure that would be a good idea.

Welcome to 3446 ...

Next important question: did you registered and entered the passkey. A lengthy string used to secure the communication between your client and the servers.
Important: only this key will get you bonus points for finished work units (WU)

No I do not know the passkey.

thanks for joining and welcome to the team! :) please follow the link to get your passkey. once you get it, after you complete 10 units and continue to complete at least 80% of them you will get bonus points (much better points). so please get the passkey asap.

No I do not know the passkey.

yes, grab a passkey using the steps from the F@H site. (ask here if it's not clear to you how to do it)

probably best to wait until the current work unit finishes (use the "finish" command and let it upload and wait until the client is idle) and then enter the passkey (manually; it's a pain) in the "configuration" area of F@H control.

again, just ask us here if it's not obvious...

then once you start up again, points will qualify for any available bonuses; but not until after 10 work units have been completed, as ChristianJapan said.

good luck!
