Rearrange home page

I used to be able to hold the hold button and the icons would wobble and I could move them about. In 2.0 this is not working for me. Did they remove it? How do I rearrange?

Its still there, maybe restart your phone and try again.

I hate to say it also, but it works for me as well. I agree with the previous post...try powering off/on and see if that does the trick.
