iPhone Red button on the settings icon after 7.1

I have updated to 7.1 but I can not get rid of the red number one buttom from the settings icon. does anyone know how I can remove it? I have restarted it and I reinstalled it but it does not go away. does anyone have the same problem?

I"ve done that but when I out My iCloud backup back on the iPhone the red button is still there…
