iPad Air Refurbished m1 iPad Air

Has Apple started to sell refurbished iPad Air 5s with m1? The product was released 18 months ago, but I can't find any sign that it has been on the refurb store. Macs which have been released much more recently are on the refurb store. Am I missing something?

I have a Air 3 and am not in a hurry to upgrade. I'm thinking of waiting until a new Air is released and then buying a refurbished m1 Air (which would presumbly drop in price after the new Air is released).

Well that's not true, they just started selling the Apple Silicon Mac Pro and it just came out a few months ago.

Apple seems to go by different rules for Mac and different rules for iPhones and iPads.
