Reinstall mac book pro 2011

I have Mac Book pro 2011 with Mac OS X 10.9.4 Mavericks , when i login used CMD + R then i erasing the HD , then i go to reinstall the Mac OS Mavericks i get error "A required download is missing"

how to solved this problem ? while i try to change also the date its not working

Try doing a network recovery, so it downloads everything. Use OPT + CMD + R at startup.
