Reload Keychains/AutoFill on MacBook?

I somehow lost my Passwords and AutoFill on my MacBook. They used to by synched with my iPhone and iPad Keychains, through iCloud. How do I make sure everything is erased on my MacBook and then get them to re-load on my MacBook?

I have a MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
