I am trying to use location-based Reminders on iOS 10.3 (iPhone 6s). I have cellular data turned on for Maps, and have Reminders location services enabled (while using app is the only option).

If I am on wifi, it works as designed. I can search for stores, etc., and Reminders knows my home and work addresses. On cellular data, it can locate my current location (labels as latitude and longitude), but cannot search for points of interest and says for home and work "cannot determine location." Any suggestions for other settings to check to allow Reminders to search for locations while on cellular data?
