So this one is puzzling my brain for quite a while now.
My wife cant access our home and our chalet remotely from the home app. She can access the one she's in.
The problem is on all her devices, mine work flawless.
So 2 home's and 1 TV 4K acting as homehub at home and a homepod acting as a hub in our chalet with an TV 4K on stand-by)
I tried logging out and in the homehubs.
Rebooting pretty much everything.
Logging her out and in of her iCloud account.
Threw her out of the house's (virtually 😉 of course), invited her back in.
Nothing . . . . no remote access for her, while my devices work without a glitch . . . .
(and as mentioned in the title the remote access switch is on for her)
This weekend I'm gonna try deleting the chalet and start from scratch with it.
So does anyone have a clue as to what the problem is, has experienced this themselves, and or has "the" or "a" solution?
