HomeKit Repeat loops and if then else

Hi!

I would like to do "repeat loops" and "if then else in" HomeKit.
I understand that its not so good to do that on the phone because it will use too much battery,
but if the HomeKit hub (apple TV) handles it, it would be good.

I want to make a routine that checks the value on some sensor and then preforms different actions depending on the values.
If anyone know some apps for Apple TV that can do this, please let me know.
