Is there a setting that lets you repeat the message tone I have looked but can't seem to find it every other phone has this so please tell me the iphone does to.

Not that I've seen. I asked about this a while ago too and others said that it was not an option on the 1st gen iPhone either.
Some have said that they would like an LED as a reminder. I would just be happy with a reminder beep like all my previous phones have had. Oh well; it's a minor gripe about an awesome device.

That sucks so when your out any were loud you have no chance of getting the message unless you look every 2 mins. Why do they always leave out the little things?

Agreed. This puzzles me as well.
