Hi everyone

I had issues with my original iPhone and sent it off for repair. Today I’ve received a replacement, but the body has a scratch in the top right hand corner. I’ve spoken to Apple support and they’ve indicated because it is cosmetic, they won’t do anything about it.

I take great care with my devices. I’m thinking of taking it into the store and explain - phone hasn’t been set up with white screen protector still in place.

Anyone else had similar experiences?

No, but that would make me at least a bit peeved.
A item sent in for repairs should be returned or replaced in equal or better condition.
